If you've purchased our BrokerExec real estate software you already have a base web site to start your design but if you are not a web designer or developer or simply do not have the time, you can let our professionals handle it. Our team of designers are among the very best (it sounds cliché but its true) and can design your scripts templates to match your existing site or create an entirely new design all together.

At BrokerExec™ we can provide you with an excellent design as well as a W3C compliant web site that adheres to the search engines guidelines to make your site SEO friendly. How does it work?

When you have your software up and running and you are ready to let our team handle your new design you can simply purchase your design package at https://brokerexec.net/order/ and provide us with a few things before we commence. We will need the following in order to start:

1. FTP logins – We will need FTP access in order to upload our new pages to your web site but we can also upload to our development server so you can preview the final output. If you would like to let our developers upload everything for you and make sure everything is working perfect you can create a temporary FTP login with access to the install. We ask that you then remove this temporary login for security purposes.
   
   
2. We will need any copy and imagery you may want to use on your web site. We have stock photography on hand but if there is anything you would like to add we can certainly do that for you as well. You will need to upload the files through a specific web site we use for our clients (we will send you the URL along with your receipt).
   
   
3. If you have researched this a bit and have a few web sites you would like to fashion ‘your’ site after please let us know. We work hard to create your vision but we could always use any input the client has to offer. This helps us both to ensure you get the look and feel you were going for.

Once you have made your purchase and have provided us with the items above we will assign your project to one of our designers for completion. Our designer will then get in contact with you via email, live chat or ticket system to coordinate your efforts and begin the design process. Once the designer has completed a concept he or she will upload it to our development server for you to view. When you approve of a concept the project will then go to a member of our development team for final HTML and CSS coding.

Why so inexpensive compared to most other web design companies?

This is a limited time special offer. We are only offering this to a limited amount of customers and our rates will go back to normal once the special has ceased. We will provide you with two concepts based on your conversation with our designers. Any additional concepts can be created at the cost of $100 per concept. Although it is not always very cost-effective to pay a designer for countless hours of work when selling at these prices, we try hard to achieve what you are looking for. We allow up to 5 revisions (within reason) once you have chosen your concept. Any revisions after that will be at a rate of $85(US) per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
